Competition
in society is a lot harsher, as it will always favour the person with the most
talent or skill. Finding a job is not as easy as it will depend on your degree
and people will always compete against you for a spot. It is said by Trikha Ritika (May 1, 2012) “A competitive environment has no room for laziness or mediocrity. You're held accountable for your work and achievements, and failure to perform will leavespace for your competitors to zoom ahead” Competition in society can be extremely unfair and sacrifices will always be made, buy even so competition does still lead to success as there is always a person that is on the top.
So in order to succeed in the real world, you have to show that you are the best among other people. Competition changes human civilizations letting it evolve in various ways. It teaches people to be more creative, making people think outside the box to come up with new ideas. It helps development for people who have loss, turning it into something positive because mistakes can help people grow.
It allows a goal and purpose to people allowing them to achieve great things, competition is everywhere and without it, society wouldn’t be where it is now today. Life is more challenging as it is a natural behaviour of humans to be best at something than someone else.
Competition can have a bad image as it has a negative and unfavourable atmosphere. People are under so much pressure as it is important to succeed, that there is no fun involved and this can lead to cheating and a lack of sportsmanship, so it is important to teach the acts of being fair.
